What do you want in an Accountant/Bookkeeper in your small business?

I am interested in getting opinions on how small business owners think their accountant should be helping meet their small business needs?  What services should they provide?  Do you want just a bookkeeper or an accountant that will help you understand your business goals and help you meet them?  Do you want to look at trends?  Do you want them to help you proactively plan for developing your business or just give you the numbers?
