Tammie Schmidt
CEO | OWNER
When it comes to financial strategy and sustainable business growth, Tammie is a total pro. She has a BS in Accounting and worked as an accountant, controller, and financial consultant in the corporate and non-profit sectors in the Rogue Valley before starting her own business in 2016. Tammie also taught QuickBooks for Business Owners at Rogue Community College. To call her a bookkeeper would be inaccurate: According to her long list of satisfied clients, Tammie is a financial superhero, providing strategic oversight and financial counsel for small businesses and non-profit organizations from Grants Pass to Ashland. Tammie is a trustworthy and patient wife, mother, and friend who loves supporting businesses and nonprofits committed to helping people. She loves nothing more than knowing her work helps passionate people do good in the world.
Laura Pearson
Vice President
Laura joined Rogue Solutions in May of 2019 as the first member of its staff, and became an official part owner in July of 2020. With a background in business & management, Laura and her husband had started a small business together in 2012 and expanded to another location in Grants Pass by 2017. Her existing business knowledge & experience have been essential to her role at Rogue Solutions, and she thoroughly enjoys learning and expanding her abilities. As a local business owner herself, she understands the needs and challenges facing our community and loves using her expertise to help our clients achieve their business & financial goals. Laura is a devoted wife and mother, and in her spare time enjoys vacationing to warm places, trailer camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
Melissa Cale
Staff Accountant
Melissa is a staff accountant extraordinaire who works in the background at Rogue Solutions. She assists with high level clean-ups, reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation, A/P & A/R, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the client’s books accurate and up to date. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has worked in a wide range of professions including the healthcare industry, the US Navy, and now in the financial sector. Her career goals include fostering business relationships and assisting companies to grow and serve the Grants Pass community.
Lori Briggs
PAYROLL & ACCOUNTING CLERK
Lori is a 5th generation Grants Pass resident. She spent many years doing accounting for various companies. Part of those years she obtained an insurance license, sold medical insurance, and owned a landscape company. She decided to completely turn her career around after 23 years of caregiving and started here at Rogue Solutions in November of 2020. Lori is excited to learn new things late in life! Her role here involves processing payroll for our clients, as well as various bookkeeping functions such as reconciliations, data entry, and Accounts Payable & Receivable. She enjoys working with our clients and strives for positive communication in all her work. Lori loves cohesive teams of people and feels grateful to be part of this one!
MJ DELEY
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
MJ joined Rogue Solutions in January 2024 to assist with specialized bookkeeping functions. She received her Bachelors degree in healthcare, but decided to transition into the business field after a few years, realizing that she loves working with numbers, data and analytics. After four years working for a credit union as an Operations Specialist, she gained insight on the ins and outs of financials. She is excited to expand her skillset in accounting and eager to learn everything she can to succeed as a Staff Accountant. When she isn’t working, she is enjoying time with her husband and adopted terrier. MJ is happy to be part of a great team and wonderful community and looks forward to seeing the continued growth experienced by Rogue Solutions and their clients.
Bry Moore
Project Coordinator
Bry joined Rogue Solutions Accounting in March of 2025. Bry graduated from the University of Oregon in 2019 as a Social Sciences major with a minor in Political Science. She lived in Chicago for five years, where she gained case management and administrative support experience working in the legal aid and healthcare non-profit field. She is excited to be back in the Rogue Valley and serving the community in this capacity. In her free time, she loves to see live music, spend time in nature, or work on creative projects.
Chad Fleming
Staff Accountant
Chad is passionate about helping businesses grow and use their financial data as a strategic tool. He began his career in 2010, working in a family‑owned business where he spent 13 years learning the ins and outs of everything before eventually running the operation. Driven by a growing interest in finance, he shifted into an IT firm to further develop his accounting skills and explore new challenges. RSA caught his attention as the perfect opportunity to continue growing in a field he loves while supporting businesses throughout the valley and beyond. He enjoys helping clients understand the value in their numbers and looks forward to contributing to their long‑term success. Outside of work, Chad describes himself as a blessed father of a handsome boy and loves spending time with family, getting outdoors, and taking part in community events.
Crystal Hodapp
Accounting Clerk
Crystal is a native Oregonian who has called Grants Pass home for most of her life. She brings valuable insight as an accounting clerk with prior experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and a specialization in Payroll. Her attention to detail and proactive work ethic make her a strong addition to the RSA team. Outside the office, Crystal stays busy with her four grandchildren and her Pompies – meet Bug, pictured with Crystal here. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including running, paddleboarding, rafting, and riding motorcycles with her family. Whether she’s working hard or adventuring outside, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a deep connection to her community.
Corie Baldwin
Receptionist / Accounting Support
Born and raised in the Grants Pass and Merlin area, Corie is proud to call Southern Oregon home. Before joining Rogue Solutions, she spent 13 years managing Paradise Superstore, where she built strong customer service skills and developed a passion for problem‑solving and all things green and growing. She later worked in life insurance, earning both her Oregon and Florida licenses and becoming certified in annuities. Outside the office, she enjoys camping with her husband and two teenagers, spending long days by the river, exploring new places, and rock collecting. She’s a plant enthusiast and a devoted dog‑and‑cat mom who loves being surrounded by living things, indoors and out. In her role at RSA, she strives to offer genuine, attentive customer service and support clients however she can. She enjoys learning about the businesses Rogue Solutions serves and looks forward to continuing to grow in this field.
