When it comes to financial strategy and sustainable business growth, Tammie is a total pro. She has a BS in Accounting and worked as an accountant, controller, and financial consultant in the corporate and non-profit sectors in the Rogue Valley before starting her own business in 2016. Tammie also taught QuickBooks for Business Owners at Rogue Community College. To call her a bookkeeper would be inaccurate: According to her long list of satisfied clients, Tammie is a financial superhero, providing strategic oversight and financial counsel for small businesses and non-profit organizations from Grants Pass to Ashland. Tammie is a trustworthy and patient wife, mother, and friend who loves supporting businesses and nonprofits committed to helping people. She loves nothing more than knowing her work helps passionate people do good in the world.

Laura Pearson in 2012 alongside her husband started a small business in 2017. They expanded their small business into Grants Pass. Laura joined the team of Rogue Solutions Accounting and bookkeeping in May of 2019. She has taken her business knowledge and applied it to her job at Rogue Solutions and currently enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge. In July of 2020, Laura became part owner of Rogue Solutions.
Melissa is a bookkeeper who works in the background at Rogue Solutions Accounting. She assists in financial statement preparation and helps with the day-to-day tasks to keep the client’s books current. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has worked in a wide range of professions including the healthcare industry, the US Navy, and now in the financial sector. Her career goals include creating business relationships and assisting companies to grow and service the Grants Pass community. She also hopes to one day strive for her CPA license.
Lori is a 5th generation Grants Pass resident. She spent many years doing accounting for various companies. Part of those years she attained an insurance license and sold medical insurance and owned a landscape company. She decided to completely turn her career around after 23 years of caregiving and started here at Rogue Solutions in November of 2020. Lori is excited to learn new things late in life! Her work here involves processing Payroll for our clients, as well as various bookkeeping functions including Accounts Payable and Receivable. She enjoys working with our clients and strives for positive communication in all her work. Lori loves cohesive teams of people and feels grateful to be part of this one!
Mel joined the Rogue Solutions Accounting team in April 2021 with a background of experience in business and operations management. As co-owner and operator of an online consulting business alongside her husband for several years, Mel has done everything from office admin & bookkeeping to client management and multi-media content production. Her real passion though, is for improving systems and processes, which is what she’s most delighted to be helping with at Rogue Solutions! Her role here is one of flexible team support with daily tasks, scheduling, assistance with bookkeeping tasks, and making sure our workflow runs smoothly and evolves with the needs of our clients and team. Mel is excited to continue using and expanding her skills to support the success of businesses at the heart of our community.
